Terms and Conditions

* The objective of this scheme is to raise funds for the ensuing Rath Yatra of Mahaprabhu Shri Jagannath, after reimbursing the expenses including prizes. It has no commercial basis.
* The Lucky Draw is organized by Shri Jagannath Mandir, Thyagraj Nagar, Delhi will be conducted in the most transparent, fair manner.
– The ticket amount will be treated as a donation to the Jaganath Mandir.
– The draw will be conducted live on YouTube for transparency and fairness.
– The rules/regulations with regard to the draw will be announced on the spot just before the draw is conducted.
– Winners must present the original receipt/ticket to claim any prize.
– The Working Committee reserves the right to modify/postpone/cancel the draw without prior notice or reason.
– All decisions by the Working Committee shall be final and binding for all.
– All disputes related to the draw shall be within the jurisdiction of the courts of law located in the NCT of Delhi only.
