Donations

• All donations made to Shri Jagannath Mandir Trust are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.

• Refunds will not be entertained once a donation is processed successfully.

• Exceptions will only be made in cases of technical errors or fraudulent transactions, which must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

Event/Seva Booking Cancellation Policy

• Devotees may initiate cancellations online through our website.

• The following refund structure will apply based on the number of days before the check-in/event date:

30 days or more: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded
15–29 days: 75% of the booking amount will be refunded
7–14 days: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded
0–6 days: No refund will be processed

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

Note: A minimum deduction of ₹100/- will be applied to every refund towards transaction fees.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• In case of a failed payment where the amount is debited but not reflected on our system, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• In case of duplicate payments, kindly contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
